Cease Martinez, a Houston native, is a self taught artist producing artwork professionally since the mid 90s'. He is best known for his realistic style of painting. Mediums of choice are airbrush, aerosol and acrylics. Cease is a professional tattooist and served as Art director at a Hip-Hop school for 5 years. In addition to creating murals at venues and stores throughout Texas and various states, he has been a guest artist at SEMA in Las Vegas.
Style
My work is heavily influenced by Hip Hop, Graffiti, chicano street life, and Mexican culture. I'm particularly drawn to realism but can adapt to many different styles.

I believe in the power of experimentation. I often incorporate unconventional materials and techniques into my work, which allows me to explore different textures, shapes, and details into my work. It allows me to find new ways to keep my work fresh and new.
